Job Opening: Produce Supervisor

We are hiring a Produce Supervisor for a warehouse in McAllen, TX!

This role will oversee day-to-day production operations. The supervisor must have produce experience and be available to cover overtime as needed. 

Pay rate: $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Saturday, 7am to finish

Produce Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during the day shift
• Monitor productivity, quality standards, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure team follows safety procedures and warehouse expectations
• Train, support and correct performance issues in a professional manner
• Coordinate with management to keep operations on schedule
• Track and report daily production/operational status as required

Produce Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Produce experience (required)
• Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred (must be able to lead a team 15-20 employees)
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach associates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Must be available for overtime Monday through Friday and for some weekends as needed
