Job Opening: Electrical Assembler – Evening Shift

Electrical Assembler – 11-Month Contract | Tucson, AZ

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble and test pump stations and irrigation systems while ensuring quality standards and production deadlines are met. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies, control panels, and enclosures.
• Read electrical CAD drawings, schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
• Perform field wiring, testing, and PLC/touchscreen software loading.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and verify systems meet specifications.
• Recommend process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with multimeters, calipers, torque wrenches, and power tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, computer, and multitasking skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
