Starting Pay Range is $20.00 to $28.00, depending on experience and skill level

Daily Job Responsibilities Include

• CNC-controlled press brake machines to bend, form and shape metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining
• Select proper punches and dies
• Load, install and correctly set up the tools and machine parameters
• Safely Operate forklift to handle materials
• Grind finished product for sandblasting
• Meet or exceed  time standards and quality expectations
• Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and make adjustments
• Report all equipment malfunctions to management
• Willingness to cross train on other equipment
• Communicates with management on production and resolve any machining quality issues
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
• Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operation of machinery

The Ideal Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 2 years or more, recent CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Brake Press Operation experience in a manufacturing work environment
• Ability to operate a Sit down forklift safely and efficiently
• Lift, carry, push and or pull up to 50lbs
• Squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward
• Stand and walk up to 12 hours per day for up to 6 days a week
• Work in non-climate controlled work environments
• Use vision, hearing protection and protective clothing whenever on the production floor
