Job Opening: General Labor/Prep

Warehouse positions available! 

Picker packer needed for warehouse in Bay City, MI. This is a critical role assembling customer orders correctly and on time. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle products carefully to prevent damage, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Picking products – locate and retrieve items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications, using RF scanners or handheld devices to track selections.
• Quality verification – inspect items for damage, verify SKU, quantity and quality against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Will be packing approximately 700 boxes per shift

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail and focus
• Physical Stamina – 10 or 12 hour shifts, ability to stand, lift and move items in a fast pace the entire shift. 
• Self-motivation – teamwork is necessary as well, but mainly you will be working by yourself to make your production numbers.
• Time management – prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines

Steel-toe shoes are required

Flexibility in shifts, ability to work during peak season
