Job Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Assemble products and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, assemble, and transport materials while following production specifications.
• Apply chemicals and materials according to established procedures.
• Verify raw materials, solutions, and finished products meet quality standards before use or release.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Handle raw materials and finished products with care to prevent damage.
• Record production data accurately and maintain required documentation.
• Monitor production processes and make appropriate decisions based on quality and process data.
• Communicate equipment, quality, or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
