Job Opening: Cherry Picker/Inventory – Recruiting Job Order

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This position supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and trucks.
• Move products to designated storage locations within the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.
