Forklift & Cherry Picker Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

Locations: Maple Grove, MN Pay: $22.00–$23.50 per hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift – Forklift Operator

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Pay: $22.00/hour

2nd Shift – Forklift & Cherry Picker Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay: $23.50/hour

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift and Cherry Picker Operators to support warehouse and fulfillment operations. These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, operating equipment throughout most of their shift, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and/or cherry pickers, possess strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and/or cherry pickers throughout the shift
• Move, stage, organize, and replenish materials within the warehouse
• Support order fulfillment, inventory, and material handling activities
• Label and document inventory accurately
• Prepare, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
• Load and unload trailers
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

Required

• 1–2+ years of forklift experience
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Preferred

• Cherry picker experience (required for 2nd shift role)
• Bilingual Spanish
• Experience in high-volume fulfillment or distribution environments
