Description
Reports To: Staff Performance Manager
The Supervisor oversees all shift operations, including staffing, employee performance, training, scheduling, safety, and administrative functions. This role serves as the primary ResourceMFG representative during the assigned shift, ensuring operational efficiency while building strong relationships with employees and customer leadership.
Shift: 5pm-5:30AM
Key Responsibilities
- Assign employees to work areas and maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Coordinate breaks while ensuring operational requirements are met.
- Train, coach, mentor, and discipline employees as needed.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
- Manage staffing needs, including call-ins and overtime.
- Communicate effectively with customer leadership regarding staffing, performance, and operational concerns.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, PPE, safety, and company policies.
- Complete and review daily reports and documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor productivity, workflow, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Provide regular updates to the On-Site team regarding workforce and operational developments.
- Remain available for schedule changes, staffing issues, and operational needs.
- Arrive prior to shift start to review staffing, schedules, and shift updates.
- Serve as the ResourceMFG representative in the absence of site leadership.
- Report workplace accidents promptly and complete required documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
