Shift: 1st 7a-3:30p
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize production, warehouse, and common areas according to company standards.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris from floors and workstations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work surfaces.
- Dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials properly.
- Restock sanitation and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors.
- Complete required cleaning logs and documentation accurately.
- Assist with facility deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience working in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environments.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures
