Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and follow basic work instructions, blueprints, and drawings
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience or welding school/training preferred
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
