Welder – 1st Shift

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Local Comapny is currently hiring a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team in Monroeville, Ohio. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for individuals who take pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Duties

• Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely
• Measure and cut materials to required specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional production and fabrication duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
