$32 – 40 per hour

$2 shift differential for off shift

Position Summary

Kickstart your career! Resource MFG is hiring an Associate Maintenance Technician. Perfect for recent graduates or entry-level talent in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or electrical programs. You will train alongside senior techs to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-volume CNC machine tools, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.

What You Will Do & Learn

• Assist with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Troubleshoot Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to machine breakdowns.
• Support safety, LOTO protocols, and equipment installation projects.

Qualifications

• Degree/certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or equivalent trade school.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and basic electrical knowledge.
• Own standard maintenance hand tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work safely around industrial machinery.
• Must follow OSHA rules and wear required PPE.

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
