Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, process orders, provide order updates, and coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process and track customer orders
- Provide order status updates and product information
- Coordinate with production and shipping departments
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
