Job Requirements

• Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm (with overtime as needed)
• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, degreasing, and masking surfaces
• Apply liquid paint and powder coatings using spray equipment
• Select and apply coatings using spray guns
• Mix and apply automotive-grade three-part epoxy paints
• Inspect wet and dry film thickness to ensure quality standards
• Load and unload parts from curing ovens
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or imperfections
• Clean and maintain painting and powder coating equipment
• Follow all safety procedures related to coatings and chemicals
• Experience with automotive-grade epoxy paint required
• Knowledge of powder coating techniques and materials
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
