ProLogistix is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing facility in Monroe, WA. ProLogistix is currently conducting phone interviews as our Tukwila office actively recruits for open positions in all areas of Washington & Oregon.

• Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE
• Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (Monday–Friday)
• Type: Temp-to-Hire

 What You’ll Do

• Assemble components, PCAs, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies into finished products using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools.
• Load and unload raw materials and WIP parts into fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform testing on sub-assemblies and completed products.
• Maintain high safety standards and complete assigned safety projects.
• Meet daily and hourly productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
