Assembly Technician ILocation: Saint Paul, MNPay: $18.00–$20.00 per hourShift: 1st ShiftDuties• Assemble medical devices using small components• Perform routine quality inspections• Complete production and build documentation• Build and package products for evaluation, validation, and manufacturing• Verify calibration status of equipment• Perform line clearance before new build lots• Follow operating instructions, process packets, and GMP requirements• Segregate non-conforming materials and notify Engineering• Maintain clean and organized work areas• Report equipment issues to leadership• Assist in training new AssemblersRequirements• High School Diploma or GED• Minimum 6 months medical device assembly experience• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly• Basic math skills• Ability to stand for full shift• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs• Willingness to work in a cleanroom with gowning and PPE• Team-oriented work history
