Shift

• Day Shift (Training): Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Hands-on experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Experience leading teams on the production floor in a working lead or similar role preferred
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and team-building skills
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Experience training and onboarding new employees
