Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Resource MFG is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a Temp-to-Hire position that balances physical, hands-on labor with equipment operation. You will handle the entire lifecycle of our inventory, from unloading incoming shipments to preparing outbound deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Pulling (70% of day): Manually locate, pull, and verify customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves.
• Forklift Operation (30% of day): Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move heavy materials and pallets.
• Inbound Logistics: Unload incoming freight trucks and systematically put new inventory away in designated storage areas.
• Outbound Logistics: Stage and load outbound trucks accurately to prepare for the next day's scheduled customer deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to optimize daily operations.

Position Requirements

• Forklift Experience: Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift safely (only sit-down equipment is used on-site).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor and stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in pulling exact item numbers and quantities for customer orders.
