Production Machine Operator – Printing & Mail Insert Facility
A high-volume printing company producing flyers and mail inserts is seeking dependable Production Machine Operators to support continuous 24/7 production. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, physically demanding, and essential to keeping machines running without interruption.
Key Responsibilities

Machine operation — Operate and feed production machines to maintain steady workflow.

Material handling — Build and stack pallets of finished printed product.

Ink and paper changes — Change ink, cut paper, and replenish materials as needed.

General production support — Complete additional production-related tasks as assigned.
Work Environment and Expectations

Printing production — Fast-paced, repetitive, and deadline-driven environment with machines running continuously.

No cell phone usage — Cell phones are not permitted on the production floor at any time.

Non-traditional breaks — No scheduled lunch or break periods. You may step away briefly to eat or use the restroom, but machines must remain running at all times.
Requirements

Steel-toe boots or shoes — Required for safety on the production floor.

Very physically demanding — Must be able to stand for long periods, lift materials, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Attention to detail — Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.

Schedule & Pay

Shift schedule — 8:00am to 8:00pm, rotating schedule.

Pay rate — $17.00 per hour.
