Job Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, produce product on CNC or manual machinery to specified qualityrequirements
• Read and interpret drawings, customer and stock orders, work instructions, and other applicableresources to determine the required dimensions – and their respective tolerances – of finishedproduct
• Perform applicable sequence of operations and setup the necessary equipment
• Load, and unload, material and product from machinery properly and in a safe manner Load programs, prove tapes, operate the necessary controls, set offsets, perform simple editing,and deburr
• Use various TMMDE to determine product conformity to all specified requirements and to assistin determining corrections to product dimensions as necessary
• Recognize and understand the requirements for the calibration and control of TMMDE
• Detect equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and make appropriate adjustments to the machine to ensure conformance to the specified requirements
• Notify the Shop Manager of malfunctions and incidents
