| Key Responsibilities: |
| Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. |
| Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels. |
| Source candidates using online platforms, networking, referrals, and other creative methods. |
| Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. |
| Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates to candidates. |
| Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and professionalism. |
| Assist in drafting and negotiating offers, and facilitate the onboarding process. |
| Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). |
| Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and strategies. |
| Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. |
| Qualifications |
| Associate's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred but not required). |
| Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. |
| Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices. |
| Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Experience with Smartrecruiters is an asset. |
| Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
| Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. |
| Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. |
