Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Technician to join our team in Santa Teresa, NM. This position is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a production or machining environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Read job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions
- Plan operational sequences and prepare machines for production
- Set up and operate machinery to perform machining operations
- Monitor machine operation to identify product defects or equipment malfunctions
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
