Forklift Operator – Day Shift

We are hiring a Forklift Operator in Randleman, NC for a Day Shift position, Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm, with overtime as needed. Pay starts at $18.50 or more depending on experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting shipping, receiving, and material handling operations both indoors and outdoors.

Job Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts and various types of lifts including stand-up, sit-down, walkie rider, and pallet jacks
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving procedures
• Ability to receive, store, and organize incoming materials and equipment
• Experience using hand tools such as drills, impact drivers, rivet tools, and nail guns
• Ability to document and process order shipments accurately
• Ability to follow procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Willingness to learn and operate an overhead crane
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow standardized processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
