Assembly Technician – Day Shift

We are hiring Assembly Technicians in Randleman, NC for a Day Shift opportunity, Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm. This role offers competitive pay starting at $18.50 or more based on experience, along with the chance to work in a hands-on environment building and assembling quality products.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of measurement tools including volt meters, tape measures, and calipers
• Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical concepts
• Familiarity with construction and assembly processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Experience using power and pneumatic tools
• Ability to read and interpret basic assembly and electrical drawings
• Ability to fit parts together and make minor modifications with engineering approval
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
