Position Details

• Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Status: Full-time, onsite
• Location: Simi Valley, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from distribution partners, sales representatives, and customers
• Provide accurate information on product applications, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines
• Process and enter customer orders into the ERP system and monitor EDI transactions
• Respond to expedited requests and document customer complaints
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with Technical Support to provide accurate product information
• Maintain reference materials and provide CPI literature as requested
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and regional sales teams
