Position Details
- Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Status: Full-time, onsite
- Location: Simi Valley, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from distribution partners, sales representatives, and customers
- Provide accurate information on product applications, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines
- Process and enter customer orders into the ERP system and monitor EDI transactions
- Respond to expedited requests and document customer complaints
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with Technical Support to provide accurate product information
- Maintain reference materials and provide CPI literature as requested
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and regional sales teams

- High School Diploma required; some college preferred
- 2–3+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
