Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gummy Manufacturing Associate to support production operations. This role involves assisting in the manufacturing process of gummy and nutraceutical products while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist with equipment setup and startup of the manufacturing process
- Perform and assist in cooking, dosing, depositing, and post-processing of gummy products
- Accurately complete all required documentation, including batch records and logbooks
- Inspect products to ensure consistent quality in texture, shape, color, and flavor
- Monitor and control process parameters to meet specification requirements
- Handle large-scale production batches of gummy and nutraceutical products
- Perform quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and ensure availability for production
- Feed and manage raw ingredients in hoppers, mix tanks, and other equipment
- Assist with pre-weighing, batching, curing, and bulk packaging of products
- Follow all SOPs and cGMP guidelines while supporting team members and production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working with food-grade or nutraceutical products
- Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
