Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating molding and assembly equipment, ensuring consistent product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, follows established processes, and works collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks and monitor production
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Complete basic production paperwork
• Report issues and support team operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
