Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in industrial, facility, or equipment maintenance. The technician will assist with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections to help keep equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently

You will be training on 1st shift 5:00am-3:30pm for a period of time, then move to 2nd shift 3:30pm-2:00am

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
  • Inspect equipment for safety and operational concerns
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
  • Support senior technicians with repairs and installations
  • Follow company safety procedures and policies
Technical school, vocational training, or maintenance experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong problem-solving and communication. Reliable attendance.
