Job Opening: Plastic Extrusion

A Plastic Extrusion Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion machinery used to produce plastic products such as pipes, tubing, films, sheets, and profiles. The role ensures that products meet quality standards while maintaining efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities· Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines and related equipment Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to meet product specifications

Load raw plastic materials (pellets, powders, resins) into the extrusion system

Monitor production processes to ensure consistent output and quality

Inspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery

Measure and record product dimensions and production dataFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues
