Maintenance Electrician – Night Shift

Upper Sandusky, OH | 💰 Up to $75K (DOE)

11pm–7am | Sun–Thurs (weekends off)

Day shift training required (2–3 months)

We are seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Electrician to support industrial equipment on a small night-shift team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems
• Diagnose issues using meters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
• Read blueprints and wire machinery to specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems
• Perform PMs, overhauls, and equipment repairs
• Support plant safety initiatives (ALARA / zero harm)
• Train team members as needed
• Respond to occasional after-hours calls

Requirements:

• 2+ years of electrical maintenance experience (5+ for top pay)
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and PLC knowledge
• Experience with motors, drives, and industrial equipment
