Schedule:Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PMJob SummaryThe Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately matching pick lists to selected inventory, transferring product onto new pallets, and preparing shipments for outbound processing. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while applying high-level thinking to ensure shipping accuracy and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesMatch pick lists to product picked to ensure order accuracyBuild, restack, and organize products onto new palletsPrint and apply shipping labels correctlySecure pallets by taping and preparing them for wrappingTransport completed pallets to the designated wrapping/shipping areaUse computer systems to process shipping documentationMaintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations in a fast-paced environmentRequired Skills & QualificationsBasic to intermediate computer skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to think critically and problem-solveAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced settingAbility to stand, lift, and move materials as required
