Job Opening: Industrial Painter

Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, blast, or chemically etch surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of enamel coatings Paint Selection & Mixing: Choose and mix enamel paints according to customer specifications, using tools like viscosity cups, thickness gauges, and gloss gauges to match viscosity and color Application Techniques: Apply enamel using spray equipment, airless sprayers, rollers, or brushes, ensuring uniform coverage, smooth finish, and elimination of bubbles or debris Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Set up and maintain painting booths, sprayers, and other tools; perform cleaning, minor repairs, and troubleshooting Quality Control: Inspect finished surfaces for defects, verify coating depth with gauges, and ensure compliance with technical drawings and safety standards Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, wear protective gear (self-contained suits, goggles, respirators), and handle hazardous materials safely
