Job Qualifications:

• Entry level HR position with 0-2 years’ experience. Internship experience desired.

• Must have excellent customer service skill and be able interact well with others.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask with excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver new associate and benefit presentations as required.

• Requires some knowledge of human resources principles and practices (either through study and/or application).

• Ability to detect and improve processes and procedures.

• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize advanced features in Word, Excel, and on-line eligibility system required.

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

High attention to detail
Microsoft experience, SAP experience (preferably)
e-filing, record keeping, scanning, and ability to manage confidential records. 
Will have employee interface and need to take a message if other HR reps are not available.
