This role involves fabricating prototype devices, performing product testing, troubleshooting equipment and processes, supporting molding operations, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate is able to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate prototype devices and components
- Perform product testing and inspection activities
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process issues
- Support molding and production operations
- Maintain accurate production and testing documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
- Manual dexterity required
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and equipment, including:
- Drills
- Saws
- Sanders
- Presses
- Ovens
- Scales
- Mixers
- Calipers
- Ability to read, write, and complete documentation in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in FDA GMP and ISO regulated environments preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in laboratory, maintenance shop, and clean room environments
- Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and metric measurements
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows programs
