Description

Resource MFG is seeking reliable Assemblers to join our team in the Cadillac area! In this role, you will Inspect and build parts/products by putting components together on a production line.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts using hand tools or machines
  • Follow work instructions / process sheets
  • Check parts for defects (quality inspection)
  • Keep up with production speed goals
  • Pack or move finished products
  • Keep work area clean and safe
  • Report problems to supervisor
 Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Teamwork (you work in a line) Basic math + communication Fast hands / good coordination
