Job Opening: CNC Machinist

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 DOE

Monday to Thursday6AM – 4:30PM (10 hour shifts) 

CNC Setup Machinist (3-Axis Lathes) 

Job SummaryThis is a full-time position focused on setup and operation of 3-axis CNC lathes for high-precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of holding tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities-Set up and operate 3-axis CNC lathes for production of aerospace parts-Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications-Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks-Hold tight tolerances of ±0.0005" (five tenths)-Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices-Make offset adjustments and program edits at the machine as needed-Maintain machines and workspace cleanliness and organization Qualifications & Requirements-Minimum 3–5 years of recent CNC setup experience on 3-axis lathes-Strong aerospace manufacturing background (highly preferred)-Proven ability to consistently hold ±0.0005" tolerances-Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T-Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controls
