Job Requirements

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts to required specifications
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform routine machine maintenance and tool changes
• Troubleshoot machining issues or defects
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 or more years of CNC lathe operating experience or equivalent training
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment
• Basic knowledge of G-code and CNC programming preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 2:30 AM
• Shift: Night Shift
• Pay Rate: $16 per hour
• Location: Aberdeen
