Schedule: Day Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm

Job Requirements

- Experience setting up and operating forming or press brake equipment preferred
- Ability to configure bend allowances for sheet metal
- Ability to read measurements accurately and use measuring devices
- Ability to multitask, plan daily work efficiently, and maintain product output while meeting quality requirements
- Commitment to following all safety rules and safe work practices
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate forming equipment to produce parts for assembly
- Configure bend allowances and set specifications for metal forming
- Locate materials and verify grade, size, and quantity through visual inspection and measurement
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning with proper compounds and wire brushes
- Monitor product quality, evaluate root causes, and take corrective action as needed
- Record measurements and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize current standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures at all times
