Employbridge is NOW HIRING Data Operations Specialists in Oak Ridge, TN.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $22–$32 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable individual to join our team as a Data Operations Specialist. This position focuses on entering package information and related data into our internal system. It’s a predominantly seated role that requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to stay focused throughout the day.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter package details and shipment information into our system with a high level of accuracy

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information

• Maintain organized digital records

• Communicate with team members if information is unclear or incomplete

• Follow established workflows to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable with computer-based work and repetitive tasks

• Ability to sit for extended periods, also comfortable with having to stand for certain amounts of time

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the full Monday–Thursday schedule
