Day Shift Quality Coordinator in Lansing!

$20.00 – 22.00/hour based on experience

We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and supporting production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspection of parts and materials.
• Handle small parts and sharp tools safely and accurately.
• Count and clean parts as needed.
• Set up fixtures for the coating process.
• Pack out tooling after coating is complete.
• Conduct post-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with sharp tools and small components.
• Basic understanding of inspection and quality control processes.
• Reliable and able to work the full shift schedule.
