Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

ResourceMFG is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician in Bloomington, IN! The Maintenance Technician will help keep the facility and production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on and varied—perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

• Construct, install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to all building facilities and factory/production equipment
• Assist with grounds maintenance as needed
• Assist with the upkeep of facilities as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and prepare/submit maintenance reports
• Assist with maintaining parts and tools inventory
• Assist with installing new production equipment as needed
• Assist with the training and supervision of production employees assisting maintenance department as needed
• Adhere to all safety requirements
• Other duties/tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance/facilities
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Ability to maneuver in, around, under, and about factory equipment on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and squat for extended periods of time
• Strong interpersonal skills
