Position Overview

We are hiring Warehouse Pick & Pack Associates in St. Peters, MO to support daily order fulfillment operations. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift:
  7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
  $17.50/hour

• Mid Shift:
  11:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday – Friday
  $19.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use Zebra scanners to track inventory and orders
• Prepare items for shipment according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and quality goals
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience using Zebra scanners is required
• Ability to walk up to 8 miles per day on the warehouse floor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
