Job Opening: 3rd shift Machine Op

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Turret/Brake Press Operator to join our 3rd shift production team.

In this role, you will operate CNC turret punch presses and/or brake press machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Shift: Overnight Shift | 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday – Friday), some Saturday's mandatory OT.  

Please note: This position requires 2–3 weeks of training on 1st shift or 2nd Shift (typically 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC turret and/or brake press machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
• Set up machines, perform tool changes, and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy per specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any machine malfunctions or safety issues to supervision
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
