Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $70k-$85k, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead day-to-day fabrication operations and support our commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

• Supervise, train, and support fabrication team members, including welders, fitters, and machine operators
• Plan and coordinate daily fabrication schedules
• Ensure fabrication processes meet quality standards, drawings, and specifications
• Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
• Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and material usage
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist with coaching and disciplinary actions as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade education preferred
• 3+ years of experience in structural steel fabrication or metal manufacturing
• Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of welding processes, fabrication methods, and shop equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety standards
