General Labor / Production Support

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable team member to support daily operations across multiple departments. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning new skills in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations across multiple departments
• Support warehouse tasks including material handling, staging, and inventory organization
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying shipments
• Support fabrication activities such as material prep, assisting machine operators, and basic assembly
• Perform inspection support tasks including sorting, cleaning, and preparing parts
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, moving materials, and operating basic equipment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in multiple areas
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Basic understanding of workplace safety
