Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing Operator to join our automotive parts manufacturing team in St. Peters, MO. This role supports daily production operations and ensures high-quality automotive components are produced safely and efficiently. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and assembly equipment according to work instructions
• Perform visual inspections of automotive parts to meet quality standards
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
