High-Level Role: Provides advanced technical support and serves as the working technical lead for fabrication and welding operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform complex fabrication and welding operations as assigned
• Support setup, fit-up, and sequencing for critical build operations
• Assist the Team Lead in maintaining standardized work and build quality
• Support troubleshooting of fit, dimensional, and drawing interpretation issues
• Mentor and support Manufacturing Technicians
• Verify work meets engineering drawings and specification requirement
Maintain pace and workflow to support daily production goals
