Job Opening: Team Lead

High-Level Role: Provides on-floor leadership and coordination to ensure the team meets daily production targets and maintains standardized work.

Key Responsibilities • Lead daily execution of the staggered flow production plan

• Coordinate work sequence and flow between team members

• Monitor progress toward daily production goals

• Identify flow interruptions, quality concerns, and safety issues and escalate as needed

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and operations leadership

• Reinforce attendance, schedule adherence, and no-overtime requirements

• Support training and job rotation within the team
