Job Opening: Maintenance Technician
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective, timely solutions
- Perform basic electrical work, including motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
- Conduct mechanical repairs such as pumps, conveyors, valves, gearboxes, etc.
- Support PLC troubleshooting
- Document maintenance activities accurately on E.O.S.R.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with operations, supervisors, and leadership regarding equipment status, downtime, and repair needs
- Respond to emergency breakdowns, off-shift coverage, and after-hours calls as required

- Consistent and dependable attendance is essential to maintaining equipment uptime, meeting production schedules, and supporting operational continuity
- Must be able to arrive on time, remain on site for scheduled shifts, and be available for overtime or call-in support when business needs require
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability by completing assigned work thoroughly and following through on repairs and commitments
- Understands the critical role maintenance plays in plant performance and safety, and acts with a sense of urgency and ownership
