General Laborer / Project Cleanup (Short-Term Assignment)

Location: Eau Claire, WI
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Assignment Type: Short-Term / Project-Based

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with a short-term project in Eau Claire, WI. This role will focus on project cleanup and site support, helping ensure the work area is safe, organized, and ready for completion. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in an active project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with project cleanup, including dumpster loading and site cleanup
Sweep and maintain clean, organized work areas
Perform light touch-up painting as needed
Safely move materials and debris throughout the site
Operate a forklift if qualified (preferred, not required)
Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures
Work collaboratively with project and site personnel
Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous general labor or construction site experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed throughout the shift
Must be reliable and able to work all scheduled days
Comfortable working in a physically active environment
Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Safety Requirements

Steel-toed shoes are required
All other required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided
